I finished another sewing project this evening. My daughter Sara wanted me to make her a tote bag out of the lovely fabric I purchased from Ikea. We both fell in love with the sweet little birds printed on the black background. This was a really easy bag to sew without a pattern. I added some crocheted flowers and a little side tab for a little extra detail. I think it came out really nice. I can't wait to start another bag.
You have inspired me to visit IKEA haven't been for ages. Your bag is lovely Sara is a lucky girl :)
ReplyDeleteSara doesn't like this photo...I made her get out bed(she wasn't asleep) so I could take a picture of her with her new tote bag. I just couldn't wait to post it. Sorry Sara, maybe we could do a 'do over' :)
